The stringent Quality Assessment, is carried out by an experienced and independent industry professional, it provides each property with a star rating. The rating can help you understand the level of facilities and services available, so you are able to make an informed decision on whether the property is right for you.

VisitEngland standards have been created as a result of harmonising the standards from the National Tourist Boards for England, Scotland and Wales. The star ratings received reflect the overall quality of the experience and can vary from 1 to 5 stars. The highest star rating that VisitEngland can award a property is the coveted 5 Star Gold award.
