Following a long and distinguished career in the Royal Navy, Jon joined Coast & Country Cottages initially as Operations Manager in 2004. Promoted to Operations Director in 2008, Jon is fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the agency, leading the management and staff team to ensure our reputation for high property standards and excellent customer service are maintained at all times.

Clare joined the agency in 2009 following an extensive career in marketing working for a number of national and international clients, either 'in-house' and for marketing agencies. Clare is responsible for the agency's marketing and sales campaign and the management of the marketing team.

As an experienced former-Royal Navy engineer, Nick has a comprehensive maintenance background and heads up our in-house Property Services division. Nick is responsible for the co-ordination and management of all preventative and emergency property maintenance and liaises very closely with our owners to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest possible standards throughout the year.

Stuart is an experienced Operations Manager, having previously worked in the oil and gas industry with major international companies. Stuart joined Coast & Country Cottages in early 2010. He is fully responsible for the day-to-day operations within the Salcombe and Dartmouth offices, ensuring excellent customer care and service is delivered to all our customers.

Suzy is our Dartmouth Manager, responsible for the day-to-day running of our Dartmouth office and acts as the first point of contact for our customers and owners. Suzy joined the agency in 2011, bringing more than 3 years of experience from the travel industry to the team having previously worked as a Corporate Travel Manager in Bristol.

Leigh joined the agency in 2012, following an extensive career in management and professional coaching within the leisure and sport industry. Leigh spent the 10 years prior to joining Coast & Country Cottages working as a Property Consultant in the residential letting market. As our New Properties Manager, Leigh works closely with all potential owners who are thinking of letting their holiday home or investing in a new holiday property. Leigh is responsible for carrying out new property assessments and can offer advice and guidance to new owners.
