Nick Seedhouse (Property Services Manager) is ably supported by Melanie Sharwood (Property Services Co-Ordinator) and Mark Bailey (Property Services Assistant) Mark and Mel work closely with property owners to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest possible standards throughout the year. Within her role Mel handles many of the 'first response' calls and will direct contractors to rectify any emergency maintenance issues as quickly as possible. She also arranges annual property inspections (for managed properties) and various statutory safety checks for new and existing properties within our portfolio.
