Overlooking two of South Devon's most beautiful beaches on a headland next to the famous Thurlestone links golf course, Links Court (formerly the Links Hotel) is a development of apartments set in superb private grounds within easy reach of the popular village and beaches. Most of the apartments have spectacular views over the communal grounds and Leasfoot beach towards the golf course. Dine alfresco on the large barbeque area, relax on the sunbathing terrace or by the outdoor heated pool (please check with the office for pool opening times). Parking for up to Two cars per apartment.

ACCOMODATION A comfortable first floor apartment within the former Links Hotel. The apartment can be accessed from the main front entrance or, more easily, from the rear door.

VIEWS Lovely views over the golf course, Yarmer beach and across the sea to Burgh Island and beyond.

KITCHEN Off a small lobby is a recently refurbished kitchen with 4-ring electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

LOUNGE/ DINING ROOM The lobby opens into an extremely spacious lounge/dining room. Two dining tables are placed together to sit 6 comfortably whilst a step leads up to a lounge area consisting of sofa, chairs, electric fire,  TV and video.

BEDROOMS Three in total - the 'front' bedroom has a 4'6' double bed, wardrobe and lovely sea views whilst the two 'rear' bedrooms have twin 3' single beds and built-in wardrobes; the larger twin room also has an en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, shaver point and w.c. N.B All duvets, pillows, bedlinen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.

BATHROOMS en suite (above) and a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, shaver point heated towel rail and w.c.

OTHER INFORMATION Hot water by immersion heater. All electricity included and telephone for incoming calls only. Regret no children under Five.
