ACCOMMODATION A very well presented two-storey town house, tastefully furnished and equipped throughout. The living accommodation is all on the lower level with one flight of stairs up to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor.

ENTRANCE A private front entrance leads into a hallway off which is a CLOAKROOM with w.c., vanity unit and heated towel rail.  There is also a cupboard for coats and shoes.

SITTING/DINING ROOM A very attractive open plan room with double French doors leading out to the terrace. The sitting area has two leather sofas, coffee table, widescreen, wall-mounted TV with Freeview, DVD player and Roberts CD/digital radio. The dining area has a glass and oak table with six chairs.
