A golf course and beautiful  sandy beach with access to Burgh Island are 2 miles away. The market town of Kingsbridge is Five miles and Modbury 4 miles away. There are lovely views of the countryside from the garden.

The barns share a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, w.c., and sink, and a Games Room with pool table, table tennis, darts and other games. One well behaved pet permitted in each barn.

PROPERTY A stone barn conversion.  Property suitable for two adults and two children over eight.

LOUNGE with TV, DVD, Video and mini CD Player.  KITCHEN/DINING AREA Well equipped kitchen refurbished with BOSCH appliances, integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, shaker style units and wine rack. There is a ladder to a mezzaine floor with two single futons.

BEDROOM With double bed and built-in wardrobe. N.B. Pillows and all bed linen provided - tenants require towels.

SHOWER ROOM Hand basin, w.c. and power shower.

OUTSIDE Sitting area with table and chairs adjacent to barn. Additonal garden behind barn with shared summer house and extensive views over countryside. Barbecue.

PARKING for one car in timber-framed car port - additional adjacent parking.

OTHER INFORMATION  Hot water by immersion heater. Heating by storage heater, panel radiator and electric fire.
