LOCATION In the very heart of Salcombe (just off Whitestrand Quay) and within a few yards of the town's famous shops, quays and restaurants.

VIEWS A limited glimpse of the estuary from the upper sun terrace.

SITTING ROOM Stairs lead up from the entrance hallway into an attractive sitting room/den with sofa, chairs, flatscreen TV with Sky+ HD (including Sky Sports), DVD player, video, CD hi-fi system and coal-effect electric fire with wooden surround.

TERRACES The lower terrace is fully enclosed for private dining. The upper terrace - almost 50' in length - is fully decked and provides a superb area for entertaining. Barbeque available. Limited views of the estuary across to East Portlemouth.

PARKING In the courtyard for one car.  Additional parking available in long-stay car park (approx. 5-7 minutes walk) - £32.00 per week per car.
