Woodside is a development of four delightfully presented apartments, with spectacular views over Salcombe estuary towards the beaches of East Portlemouth and Millbay, and out to sea across the 'bar'. The Penthouse and The Beach House have been extensively redesigned and refurbished and are ideally suited to couples or families looking for luxury accommodation within easy access of Salcombe and the local amenities.

Enjoy the unique private beach and decking area, and use of the running mooring, suitable for a boat/dinghy up to 11' in length (swinging moorings for boats up to 21' may be available by separate request at and additional charge).

 

ACCOMMODATION A luxury penthouse (third floor) apartment with stunning, 180 degree panoramic views from both bedrooms and the lounge/dining room.

ENTRANCE A private entrance leads into the hallway through to the living accommodation.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A light, sunny and very attractive room with large L-shaped leather sofa (can be converted to double sofa bed on request), flatscreen TV with Freeview, surround sound (including in-built iPod dock), Blu-ray DVD player, Nintendo Wii, and contemporary wall mounted gas fire for cosy Winter evenings. KITCHEN is very well equipped with a range of stylish units, Silestone worktops, four-ring halogen hob, electric oven, integrated microwave oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. (N.B. A washing machine and tumble dryer are discretely housed in separate cupboards in the hallway).

BEDROOMS Two. The spacious master bedroom has a super-King size bed (6') with leather headboard, bedside units, large fitted wardrobe, drawers, chair, flatscreen TV/DVD, iPod/radio unit and door to balcony with table and two chairs. En suite bathroom with bath, fully-tiled shower cubicle with power shower, dual vanity units, w.c., heated towel rail and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has twin single beds (that can be zip-linked on request to create a super-King size bed), bedside units, fitted wardrobes with sliding glass doors, drawers, flatscreen TV/DVD, iPod/radio unit and door to balcony with table and two chairs. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot with mattress, a bag of high quality toddler toys, a folding wooden highchair, a steriliser and a play mat for infants are available.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is an elegant, fully tiled family bathroom (adjacent to the twin bedroom) with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE Three balconies in total, each with table and chairs, and stunning estuary views.

PRIVATE BEACH Steps lead down through a cliff garden to a spacious private beach (for Woodside tenants only) with decking and barbecue area, with individual lockers to store boating items, wetsuits, beach equipment, children's toys etc. Rock pools to explore. Running mooring for boat/dinghy.

PARKING Allocated parking for up to two cars (second car by prior arrangement only).

OTHER INFORMATION The apartment has gas-fired central heating and hot water throughout with sumptuous carpet in all the main rooms. Strictly no smokers or pets. Wireless broadband internet and telephone available. The accommodation is all on one level and is accessed via a small flight of steps down from the parking area on Bennett Road.
