OTHER INFORMATION The apartment has gas-fired central heating and hot water throughout with sumptuous carpet in all the main rooms. Strictly no smokers or pets. Wireless broadband internet and telephone available. The accommodation is all on one level and is accessed via a small flight of steps down from the parking area on Bennett Road.
PRIVATE BEACH Steps lead down through a cliff garden to a spacious private beach (for Woodside tenants only) with decking and barbecue area and a running mooring for small boat/dinghy. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE that access to the private beach area and mooring may not always be available due to ground conditions, is unfortunately unsuitable for those with limited mobility, children should be supervised at all times and will only be available from the 1st May 2014 due to a recent landslip.
