Blackpool Sands beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth.

ENTRANCE The cottage is accessed directly from Crowthers Hill - the front door leads into a lobby/hallway with level access to the living accommodation at this level. Understairs cupboard with room for coats and shoes. CLOAKROOM A small, fully tiled room (off the dining area) with w.c., basin and heated towel rail.
SITTING/DINING ROOM The entrance hallway opens into a dining area with large glass-topped table and leather backed chairs. The sitting room is stylishly furnished with large squidgy sofa, two leather armchairs, tables, lamps and rug, and has lovely views over the town and across the river beyond. Large flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player and Sony surround sound system. A set of folding French doors (that can be fully opened and drawn back on a sunny day) lead out from the sitting room to the upper decking level.

BEDROOMS Three in total. On the first floor is the master bedroom suite with King-size bed, bedside units and built-in wardrobes. Dartmouth is filled with the most friendly people and it is so quaint essentially English, we love it and will definately come back. Cobb's Cottage is an impressive modern property with a wonderful feel of relaxation inside and as for the view - WOW!
