LOCATION The property is set above the town on Crowthers Hill, approximately 5 minutes downhill walk (steep in places) to the centre of Dartmouth,  The Start Bay coastline can be reached quickly and easily by car with Blackpool Sands beach just 4 miles away.

LOUNGE Also on this level is a cosy lounge with large double sofa, armchairs, coffee table, feature fireplace, TV with Freeview, DVD player and CD/radio. A smaller chair sits in front of a lovely bay window with views over the town.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM On the lower ground floor is a very spacious and well equipped kitchen with hand-made units, wooden worktops, Belfast sink, gas range with oven, fridge and larder.  Round wooden dining table and chairs.  Door from kitchen to rear terrace.  UTILITY ROOM The kitchen leads into a large utility room with space to dry beach clothing, wetsuits etc.  Washing machine, tumble dryer, slimline dishwasher and microwave.

BEDROOMS Three in total.  On the 1st floor are two double bedrooms each with a metal-framed King-size bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables (one bedroom also has a wash hand basin).  On the 2nd floor is a twin room built into the roof space with two pine-framed single beds, bedside units, drawers and velux windows. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen and towels supplied (excluding beach towels). 

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS On the 2nd floor is a good-sized family bathroom built into the eaves with bath, hand-held shower (over), wash hand-basin, w.c.and bidet.  There is an adjacent shower room with shower and basin (plus additional cloakroom with w.c. and basin on the half level between ground and 1st floors).

OUTSIDE To the rear of the house (accessed from the kitchen) is a terrace area with table and chairs,  Barbeque available.

PARKING PARKING* A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park from 29 March 2013 for 6 months.

OTHER INFORMATION Fitted carpets in the lounge areas and bedrooms with tiled and wooden flooring elsewhere. Gas fired central heating and hot water.  Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.  Wireless broadband internet available.
