'The Salcombe' apartments are situated in an enviable position on the beautiful waterfront in central Salcombe with magnificent views of the main anchorage, towards South Pool Creek. Each flat has an allocated parking space and mooring, and all guests have use of the heated swimming pool (seasonal) and lovely communal gardens.

BATHROOMS Two: one with bath, w.c., hand basin, hand held shower, heated towel rail, and extractor fan and one en suite to master bedroom with shower, w.c., hand basin, heated towel rail and extractor fan.
OUTSIDE Two sun loungers and table and chairs for four available for use on the balcony. Due to open aspect of balcony railings, regretfully no children under 8 years. N.B. Although the lift is not available to the second floor there is level access directly from Fore Street.
