'At the Beach' is a striking development of luxury apartments and cottages on the very edge of the sea at Slapton Sands. The development is the transformation of the former 'Torcross Hotel', a prominent and well known local landmark built in the late 1800's. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A large, contemporary, kitchen equipped with fitted units, custom made worktop, four-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Dining table and six chairs.

LOUNGE The kitchen opens into a very comfortable lounge area with a double sofa (*convertible into a sofa bed), two chairs, widescreen TV and DVD player. Double glazed French doors lead out onto terrace.

BEDROOMS Two in total. Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is an enclosed room with full sized bunk beds. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels supplied.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a fully tiled bathroom with bath, wash-hand basin and w.c.
