A golf course and beautiful Blue Flag award sandy beach with access to Burgh Island are 2 miles away. The market town of Kingsbridge is 5 miles and Modbury 4 miles away. There are lovely views of the countryside from the garden. The barns share a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, w.c., and sink, and a games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and other games. One well behaved pet permitted in each barn

PARKING for one car in timber-framed car port - additional adjacent parking.
