3 Dartview

Dartview is a three-storey coastal house converted into six individual holiday properties in recent years. The building was significantly renovated and the front elevation fully restored in recent years, and is now an attractive landmark in this popular area of the town. Dartview is set in the very heart of the town with easy access to all local facilities including restaurants, shops, galleries and pubs - the famous waterfront is within just a few minutes' level walk. Each of the flats have stunning views over the River Dart across to Kingswear and out to sea with parking usually available in the road nearby (out of season) or in the long stay car park.

ACCOMMODATION a fully refurbished and renovated flat for one couple only, very well presented throughout.

ENTRANCE From Newcomen Road there is a communal entrance to Dartview and two short flights of stairs up to the property. Lobby with hanging space for outdoor clothes and shoes.

KITCHEN The kitchen area is modern and very well equipped with two ringed hob, electric combi-oven with grill/microwave/fan oven, fridge with ice box, cooler unit for drinks, cupboards and worktop space.

DINING/SITTING ROOM A bright and airy open plan room with stunning views. Dining table and four leather chairs and sitting area with large two seater sofa, two arm chairs, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Door from Dining area to a small UTILITY ROOM with washing machine.

BEDROOM One: with double bed, open plan wardrobe, large chest of drawers, a smaller chest of drawers with mirror. N.B All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.

BATHROOM Situated off the main hallway is a fully tiled bathroom with a bath, shower (over), w.c., wash hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.

 PARKING* A parking pass is supplied for the long stay car park (5-10 mins walk approximately). Out of season there is usually free parking available on the roadside nearby.

OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating and instant hot water via combi-boiler. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
