3 Dart Marina

Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech 'extras' and stylishy finished, a short break or longer stay at Dart Marina offers the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round.

The Dart Marina properties boast stunning water views and many have free use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa included. The elegant River Restaurant and first class yacht harbour are all close by, so you can enjoy the boutique hotel experience with the flexibility and freedom of a large, stylish holiday apartment.

Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away.

Individually styled, our eleven Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart and to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall and living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level.

The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.

All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair are available at each property on request (excluding No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times.

For those who need to stay in touch during their South Devon break, wireless broadband internet is available at most properties (please check with office prior to booking). Guests staying at most of our Dart Marina properties can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa*, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxtion areas. Beauty treatments from Elemis can be pre-booked, with 10% off for those staying in our Dart Marina properties.

3 DART MARINA (2-STOREY HOUSE)

ENTRANCE A private level entrance leads into a hallway off which is a small CLOAKROOM with wash-hand basin and w.c. A glass door leads into a the open-plan living accommodation

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A stylishly presented lounge with double sofa, two armchairs, television with Freeview, DVD/video recorder, sideboard and table lamps. Pebble effect fire in the lounge is for decorative purposes only. Round dining table and four chairs. French doors lead out to the terrace with views (over the car park) up and down the river and across to Kingswear. Wireless broadband access is sometimes available in the property (via 'Wi-fi Spark' at a small weekly charge).

KITCHEN Adjacent to the living area is a state-of-the art kitchen, with Poggenphol units, integrated Smeg appliances including 4-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and stone worktops.

BEDROOMS Two, both on the 1st floor. The master suite has a 6' double bed (can be set up as two single beds on request), bedside units, built-in wardrobes, dressing table, flat screen TV, chair, dressing table and stool. Beautiful, fully-tiled en suite shower room with walk-in shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. The second bedroom is a good sized double with lovely views (over the hotel car park) towards the river and Kingswear beyond.  King-size bed with bedside units, built-in wardrobes, chair, dressing table and stool.

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom, adjacent to the second bedroom, with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. 

OUTSIDE At the front of the house set back from the River, with lovely views over the hotel car park towards the River is a good-sized terrace with table and chairs, ideally positioned for a sunny al fresco breakfast or early evening drinks.
