Dart Marina is situated on the banks of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. The recently constructed houses and apartments were designed by award-winning architects, and feature many high-tech 'extras' - they are stylishy finished, and offer the ultimate in luxury self catering for a short break or longer stay all year round.
Many of the the Dart Marina properties boast lovely views of the River Dart whilst some also offer complimentary use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa. The elegant River Restaurant and first class yacht harbour are all close by, so guests can enjoy the boutique hotel experience within the flexibility and freedom of a stylish, self-catering holiday environment.
Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away.
Individually styled, our Dart Marina properties have each been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings, and layout and views. All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair are usually available at each property on request (at time of booking), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times. Finally, for those who need to stay in touch during their South Devon break, wireless broadband internet is available at most properties (please check with office prior to booking as the wireless signal can be variable).
APARTMENT 45, DART MARINA (1ST & 2ND FLOOR DUPLEX)
ACCOMMODATION A luxury two-storey apartment located at the very end of a new development adjoining the main hotel complex.
ENTRANCE One flight of steps (external) or a good sized lift to lead up to the first floor and offer level access to the apartment entrance which opens directly into the hallway.
BEDROOMS Two double bedrooms, both on the 1st floor (lower) level. The master bedroom has a King-Size bed (5'), bedside units, built-in wardrobes, large seat/stool and double doors to Juliet balcony. The bedroom has lovely views across the hotel grounds to the river and Kingswear beyond. The second bedroom has a super King-size bed, bedside units, built-in wardrobes and dressing table. All bed linen and towels supplied.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS On the lower level is a lovely, fully tiled family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point. On the 2nd floor is a fully tiled shower room with shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM On the upper level is a stylish and contemporary open-plan lounge with lovely views. Beautifully crafted, state-of-the-art kitchen, with four-ring gas range and oven, integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave and beech worktops. The dining area has a stylish round table and four chairs. The lounge is very tastefully furnished with a double sofa, two armchairs, leather coffee table, large flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Double doors open to a Juliet balcony with river views across the hotel grounds. Wireless broadband access is sometimes available in the property (via 'Wi-fi Spark' at a small weekly charge).
PARKING Allocated parking space for one car at Dart Marina.
