This prestigious development of luxury properties (formerly 'The Bolt Head Hotel') are all presented and equipped to a very high standard, many with spectacular views over Salcombe estuary and South Sands beach below.  The Bolt Head apartments are situated in an elevated position above the beach from where a 1/2 hourly Summer ferry service links with Salcombe's shops, quays and restaurants. The sailing school and newly refurbished South Sands Hotel - providing a venue for beach friendly snacks and bar facilities during the day through to fine dining in the evening - are just a 5-10 minute walk away. All properties have allocated parking.

ACCOMMODATION A luxury apartment with stunning, panoramic views stretching from South Sands beach on one side across the estuary to Salcombe, East Portlemouth and Sunny Cove on the other.

ENTRANCE From a communal entrance lobby up to first floor level with door into the apartment.

HALLWAY with room for coats and shoes and access to all rooms

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A very attractive and well presented open plan room. The kitchen is very well equipped with 4-ring halogen hob, electric oven, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, beautiful fitted units and granite work surfaces. Central island/breakfast bar with two stools.  The dining area has a large New England table with six chairs, as well as a matching sideboard and desk with chair.  The sitting room has one large sofa, armchairs, coffee table, widescreen TV with Sky+, DVD player and CD/digital radio. Two sets of French doors lead out to two separate balconies each with table and chairs to take in the breathtaking view! (N.B. For reasons of safety the apartment is not suitable for families with young children).

BEDROOMS Two. Master bedroom with King-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe, drawers, chair, flatscreen TV and fully tiled en suite shower room (with large shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light, and heated towel rail). The second room has twin single beds, bedside unit and wardrobe/drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite is an elegant, fully tiled family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand-basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light.

PARKING Allocated parking for one car.  Please note that the main allocated car park has a 1.9m height restriction, with an alternative of limited visitor spaces.

OTHER INFORMATION The accommodation is all on one level with one flight of steps or lift up from the entrance lobby. The apartment has electric heating throughout with an immersion system providing instant hot water. Oak flooring in all rooms. Strictly no smokers or pets. Regret no children under the age of 10.
