Opens out into lounge/dining room with large TV, video, DVD, radio/CD player, double sofa-bed, 2 wicker armchairs and pine dresser. Dining area with corner seating specifically designed to maximise the estuary views. Sliding patio doors to ornamental balcony.

BEDROOM Good sized bedroom with King-size bed, dressing table, units and fitted wardrobe. N.B. All duvets and pillows provided - tenants will need to bring linen and towels.

BATHROOM With bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light.

PARKING for one car.

OTHER INFORMATION Pleasantly decorated and carpeted throughout. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Maximum of two adults plus two small children (or three adults) only. One well behaved small dog permitted at an additional charge.
