BATHROOM (On second floor) Bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, and w.c. Airing cupboard on landing.

OUTSIDE Small rear patio with outdoor furniture and barbeque, with access from rear of garage and stairway from lounge.

GARAGE Accessed from entrance hall and with washing machine, tumble dryer and Belfast sink.
Parking for one car in front of garage.
