Thurlestone Rock and Burgh Island act as a stunning a backdrop to this beautiful marine vista whilst the adjacent coastal path offers wonderful walks to the nearby villages of Thurlestone and Hope Cove. Each of the apartments have three bedrooms (one en suite), either a terrace or balcony to take in the delightful views, and parking for one car.
ACCOMODATION A first floor apartment with spectacular ocean views from both the living room and master bedroom.
KITCHEN Well equipped kitchen with electric double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer plus six seater table and stools. A UTILITY ROOM is off the kitchen and has washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and storage units.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Comfortably furnished with two three-seater sofas and an easy chair, six seater dining table and chairs, large flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player and radio/iPod dock sound system. A double patio door leads onto the balcony which has a teak table and four chairs and fabulous sea and beach views.
BEDROOMS Spacious Master bedroom has a King size bed, bleached wood furniture, flatscreen TV and door leading to the balcony. There is a fully fitted and tiled ensuite bathroom with bath, power shower over, w.c, wash hand basin, towel rail and shaver point. Two further double bedrooms each have twin beds, pine furniture and country views. N.B: Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Tenants require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOMS Two - one en suite to master bedroom with w.c., hand basin, bath with power shower, shaverpoint and heated towel rail ; one with shower cubicle, bidet, w.c., bath with mixer attachment, shaverpoint and heated towel rail.
OTHER INFORMATION Wireless broadband, one small well behaved dog permitted.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early June to late September each year (subject to change). Please check with office for confirmed dates.
