LOCATION Just a few minutes' easy walk from the centre of Hope Cove with its family friendly sandy beaches, inn, restaurant and store. There is quick access also to the South West Coastal Path which runs through the village. The popular sailing town of Salcombe with its many glorious beaches is four miles away (10-15 minutes by car) whilst the bustling market town of Kingsbridge with a wide range of shops is within a short drive. There is also an excellent 18-hole golf course at nearby Thurlestone (handicap required).

ENTRANCE From the entrance hallway there is access to a ground floor twin bedroom and stairs leading up to the open plan living accommodation
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A large, open plan living area with oak Karndean flooring. The tastefully furnished sitting area has two sofas, a coffee table, 32" Flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock. A door leads out to South-facing roof terrace with table and chairs for alfresco eating. The dining area has a contemporary oak table seating four comfortably. The newly refurbished and well-equipped kitchen has stylish work surfaces, fitted units including larder, four-ring ceramic hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, integrated washer/dryer and dishwasher.
BEDROOMS The first floor master bedroom has a King sized bed, fitted wardrobe, oak chest of drawers, bedside tables and 19" digital TV with integrated DVD player. The ground floor twin bedroom has two 3' single beds; fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a 19" Digital TV with integrated DVD player. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided (guests to provide their own beach towels). A travel cot (for the twin bedroom) and high chair are also available - guests to provide own cot linen.
BATHROOM with bath (shower over), wash hand-basin, w.c. and heated towel rail, shaver point and light.

PARKING Designated private parking for one car plus use of visitors space if available
OTHER INFORMATION Telephone available for local calls only (note that mobile phone reception in Hope Cove is poor). Free wireless broadband internet provided. Strictly no smoking. One small well behaved dog permitetd by prior arrangement (Pet charge £20.00 per week). Garage available to store for bicycles, wet suits, surf boards etc.
