The kitchen area has modern fitted units, oak worktops, electric cooker, fridge (with freezer compartment) and microwave (N.B. A washing machine is housed in a cupboard opposite the apartment entrance).  The worktop extends on one side to provide a glass breakfast bar/table with three stools for dining.  The sitting area has two comfortable sofas (one leather), flatscreen TV, DVD player and electric heater.

BEDROOMS Two.  A spacious double bedroom with metal-framed double bed, bedside units, built-in-wardrobes, chest of drawers and electric heater.  There is also a single room with 3' bed, chest of drawers and hooks for hanging.  All duvets, linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

BATHROOM A mostly tiled bathroom with (small) bath, electric power shower (over), wash hand-basin, w.c. and electric heater.

PARKING *A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park. Approx. five minutes walk away.

OTHER INFORMATION Oak flooring throughout living areas and hallway with carpet in bedrooms.  Hot water supplied by immersion heater.  Regret no pets. Strictly non smoking.
