Overlooking two of South Devon's most beautiful beaches on a headland next to the famous Thurlestone links golf course, Links Court (formerly the Links Hotel) is a development of apartments set in superb private grounds within easy reach of the popular village and beaches. Most of the apartments have spectacular views over the communal grounds and Leasfoot beach towards the golf course. Dine alfresco on the large barbeque area, relax on the sunbathing terrace or by the outdoor heated pool (please check with the office for pool opening times). Parking for up to Two cars per apartment. 

ACCOMODATION A spacious ground floor apartment that can be accessed from the main front entrance, or more directly from the rear door.

VIEWS Spectacular views over the communal grounds and Leasfoot beach towards the golf course.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A good sized room with high ceiling. Dining table and chairs to sit 6 comfortably whilst a lounge area consists of one Three seater sofa, Two arm chairs, B&O TV, video and DVD player.

KITCHEN With electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fitted units.

BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has sea views, a superking size bed (3' twin beds zipped together but not fixed) wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, shaver point, heated towel rail, w.c and bidet. Bedroom Two has a king-size (5') bed, wardrobes and door leading to rear porch. Bedroom Three has twin 3' beds and wardrobe. N.B. All duvets and pillows, Bed Linen, and towels are provided - tenants will need to bring their own beach towels.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, shaver point heated towel rail and w.c.

OTHER INFORMATION Hot water by immersion and heating by night storage. Strictly no-smoking. Regret no pets. Broadband available.
