Higher Norton Farm (The Annexe

Set in an idyllic country location yet only 4 miles from the coast, Higher Norton Farm offers an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Hams. The farm is approached along a country road and down a private drive some two miles from the village of East Allington. The market town of Kingsbridge is just 15 minutes drive away from where you can take a leisurely steamer excursion along the estuary to Salcombe. The two mile shingle beach at Slapton Sands is a 10 minute drive away, as is the famous 'Ley' at Torcross for bird watchers, whilst sandy beaches are a short drive away. If the kids have any energy left after all this activity, Woodlands Leisure Park is just seven miles away. 

ACCOMMODATION The Annexe is a single storey extension to the owner's farmhouse with private access and comfortably furnished. The accommodation is ideally suited to a couple or young family.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Open plan room with superb views across the countryside. Sliding door out to terrace and garden. The kitchen area has an electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge. The lounge/dining room has a sofa, two chairs, TV/DVD player, small dining table and chairs.

BEDROOMS One double room and a bunk bedded room. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen, tea towels, hand towels and bath mat are included -  tenants will need to bring their own bath and beach towels.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot is available on request.

BATHROOM With bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin and w.c.

OUTSIDE Small private garden with outdoor furniture situated within 12 acres of grounds (including ponds) trampoline, swings and slide.

PARKING for two cars.

OTHER INFORMATION Carpeted throughout. Electric heating and hot water. Two well behaved pets are permitted. Non smokers only.
