LOCATION Torcross is a traditional Devon village on the Start Bay coastline with an intriguing history and unspoilt shingle beach. The village has a popular pub, post office/store, gift shop and cafes (all within easy walking distance). The market town of Kingsbridge and the ancient port of Dartmouth are within a 15 minute drive whilst the beautiful sandy beaches of Salcombe and East Portlemouth are approximately 7 miles away.

VIEWS Stunning panoramic views out to sea from the lounge and double bedrooms. Lovely views also over Slapton Ley (a freshwater lake) to the rear of the cottage.

ENTRANCE The cottage entrance lead in at ground floor level to a good sized hallway with room for coats and shoes.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A light and sunny open plan room on the ground floor with two large sofas, TV with Sky+ HD with Blue-Ray DVD player. A small table sits in front of the bay window to take in the superb view - the perfect spot for a sunny breakfast or early evening drink! The dining area has a good sized table seating six and doors out to decking at the rear.

KITCHEN A well fitted kitchen equipped with stylish units, beech worktop, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. A separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

STUDY/SITTING ROOM On the 2nd floor is a sitting room with 4' sofa bed, desk with broadband and internet access, TV and DVD player. Suitable as an office, childs 'den' or bedroom for one adult and/or a baby.

BEDROOMS Three in total. On the first floor is a spacious double bedroom with stunning sea views, King-size bed, wardrobe, drawers, TV and en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. Also at this level is a twin room with views over Slapton Ley, two single beds, drawers/dressing table, wardrobe and basin. On the top (2nd) floor is a further bedroom with wonderful views, double bed, wardrobe, drawers and en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, and w.c. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen (excluding towels) are provided. Cot and high chair also available.

BATHROOMS In addition to the two en suite shower rooms (above) is a further family bathroom on the first floor with bath, separate shower cubicle, basin, w.c. and views over the lake.

OUTSIDE To the front of the cottage is a small terrace area with table and chairs overlooking Torcoss beach and the sea beyond. To the rear is a decking area, also with table and chairs, to take in the evening sunshine!

PARKING Off-road parking for one/two car to the rear of the property.

OTHER INFORMATION  Mainly carpeted throughout. Oil fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband supplied for internet access and telephone available for incoming and local calls. Smokers and pets are not permitted.
