Armada is a late 19th Century traditional town cottage that has been extensively reburbished to a high stanard in recent years whilst retaining much of its original character.

LOCATION Set conveniently at the end of Southford Road within an easy 3/4 minute walk of the town centre famed for its local shops and art galleries.

KITCHEN Sandstone flooring, cottage oak units and granite work-surfaces. Appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, 4-ring gas hob, electric oven and grill, and feature Belfast sink.

SITTING ROOM/DINING ROOM Comfortable living space with a three seater and two seater sofa, feature working fireplace, TV and DVD. At the rear of the living space is a dining table seating five with reclaimed church pew adjacent to wall.

BEDROOMS Three in total. Master bedroom with a 5' double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a non-working feature fireplace. Bedroom two is a twin room with wardrobe, including drawers and bedside lamps. Third bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a drying cupboard. This room is flooded by light from two velux windows.

BATHROOMS/SHOWER ROOM Family bathroom has a bath, shower attachment with mixer taps, w.c. and wash handbasin. Downstairs, the wet room contains a large (nearly double) shower, w.c. and wash hand basin.

OUTSIDE Small paved area to the front of the property with table and chairs.

PARKING *A Seasonal  parking pass is provided for the long stay car park.
