The properties share a driveway and gardens and are adjoining therefore they are available individually or together for a larger family or group looking for adjacent accommodation (can sleep 16 in total). Situated in a central location in the village and within a few minutes walk of the sandy beaches, shop, restaurant, pub and hotels.

ACCOMMODATION A detached bungalow with large terrace and gardens, decorated and finished to a high standard.

KITCHEN with electric cooker/double oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Door leading out to side terrace and drying line.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Large, light and airy room with double-glazed French doors leading out to the terrace with wonderful views. Two three-seater sofas and two armchairs, TV, DVD, CD hi-fi system, dining table and 8 chairs. Feature open stone fireplace with marble mantle and hearth.

BEDROOMS Four in total. Master bedroom with lovely views, King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite shower room with 'Aqualisa' power shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. Second bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and units - separate wash-hand basin. Bedroom three has lovely views, King size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom four has a double bunk-bed fitment (i.e. single bed above double) and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and tea towels provided. Tenants will need to bring own towels.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES One cot and one travel cot - bedding by prior arrangement.

BATHROOM Family bathroom with bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light.

CLOAKROOM Separate cloakroom in hallway/lobby with w.c. and basin.

OUTSIDE Expansive terrace area with clear and uninterrupted views. Wooden table with 8 chairs - barbeque available. Four Lafuna easy chairs, plus two loungers. Beyond the terrace is a large sloping lawn with mature flower beds (N.B. Naturally divided from 'Ocean View' by steps down to the bottom of the garden).

PARKING Parking for up to three cars and small boat (slipway 500yds away).

OTHER INFORMATION Mainly wood laminate flooring and carpet throughout. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Payphone. Wireless Broadband. No smoking.
