OUTSIDE Accessed via steps from the kitchen side door. Large decked terrace with wooden safety railing -  fantastic river views. Steps down from decking area to the remainder of the landscaped garden.

PARKING* A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park from 29 March 2013 for 6 months. There is also parking for a small car in a single garage located in Lake Street.
