LOCATION Ideally situated in a level position just off Island Street within a few minutes walk of the shops, restaurants and Salcombe's delightful waterfront. The main public car park is close by and local sandy beaches can be reached quickly via a small passenger ferry.

Small dining table with bench seating and stools for four people. The sitting area comprises of a two seater sofa, arm chair, flatscreen digital TV with Freeview, DVD, CD hi-fi, iPod docking station and telephone. A good selection of DVDs, books and games are provided. Large wall unit with baskets for storage.
BEDROOMS Two - both on the 1st floor. Master bedroom with king size bed (access from one side only), bedside cabinets, large mirrored wardrobe, TV/DVD, radio cassette player and telephone. The second bedroom has modern 3ft bunk beds and a built in wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require all towels.
SHOWER ROOM With enclosed shower cubicle and electric Mira shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE There is a communal area at front of the property with a wooden bench.
PARKING A parking pass is provided for the long stay car park nearby.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A highchair and stairgate are provided at this property.
