Dartmouth Green is a stunning new development of properties in an idyllic setting adjacent to the Championship course at Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, just four miles from the famous naval town of Dartmouth. The Start Bay coastline, including the Blue Flag awarded Blackpool Sands beach is approximately 10-15 minutes drive away, whilst Woodlands Leisure Park, which offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities for families, is less than a mile from Dartmouth Green.

ACCOMMODATION A thatched stone cottage at the end of a small terrace of three properties - it overlooks the golf course and is within a few metres of the all-weather tennis court making it an ideal location for sports enthusiasts and energentic families alike.

VIEWS Superb views from most areas of the cottage across rolling countryside and the golf course. 

ENTRANCE The front door leads into a hallway off which is a CLOAKROOM with wash hand basin and w.c. Stairs lead up to the two first floor bedrooms.

LOUNGE On the ground floor is a delightful living area with oak flooring and stylish beams across the ceiling. Very comfortably furnished with two double sofas, armchair, flatscreen HDTV with Sky + (Freeview) and a CD/DVD player. Doors lead out to the front terrace area.

KITCHEN Beautifully designed and very well equipped kitchen with granite worktops (including a breakfast bar with two stools) range of Neff appliances including four ring ceramic hob, fan-assisted single oven with stainless steel cooker hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and built-in microwave. An iPod docking station and Phillips digital radio is provided for entertainment.

CONSERVATORY/DINING ROOM Sunny conservatory with oak dining table, four chairs and drinks cabinet leading onto the garden and overlooking the tennis court and surrounding countryside.

EN SUITE BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Fully tiled en suite wet room with power shower, basin, w.c., shaver socket and heated towel rail.  The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside unit and chest of drawers.  En suite bathroom with bath , shower (over), w.c., basin, shaver point and heated towel rail. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) supplied. Cot and highchair available on request.

OUTSIDE Secluded paved terrace with table, chairs, two sun loungers and barbecue.
 
OTHER INFORMATION The cottage is finished to the highest of standards with oak flooring in most rooms with carpet in bedrooms and natural slate in the kitchen.  Central heating and hot water supplied from ground source heat pumps.  Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.  Broadband internet available.  Telephone line (honesty box).
