Coachmans Cottage 2 is a delightful semi-detached property enjoying a peaceful location within the old walled garden. Recently built to excellent standards, the property provides exceptional accommodation for six guests and is very tastefully furnished with mainly rustic pine furniture. Coachmans Cottages 2 is part of the stunning Hillfield Village development of 28 properties nestled near historic Dartmouth, in the South Devon countryside. Facilities include acres of beautiful gardens, an outdoor swimming pool, all weather tennis court and children's play area.
Booked together Keepers Cottage 1 and Coachmans Cottage 2 provide accommodation for 10 guests with access via the courtyard through the French windows. The cottages share a secluded paved courtyard with cafe style tables and chairs. All guests can exclusively enjoy green fees, leisure and gym facilities at the nearby Dartmouth Golf and Country Club at Members Guest Rates, plus 10% off all spa treatments and 10% off all food and beverages in the Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant.
Coachmans Cottage (2), Hillfield
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM An impressive living area with comfortable seating on beautiful settees, providing a relaxed sitting area to relax or watch TV. Comfortable dining chairs and pine dining table.
KITCHEN The kitchen is furnished with pine kitchen units and equipped with modern appliances including electric fan assisted oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The washer drier is located in the boiler room.
BEDROOMS There are three bedrooms; the master king-size double bedroom has southerly views and the benefit of a beautifully equipped en suite bathroom with bath, wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail. The second and third bedrooms each have twin single beds. Baby Friendly Accommodation, suitable for 6 adults/children in beds or for 4 adults, 1 infant in a travel cot.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a lovely shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c shaver point and heated towel rail.
Baby Friendly Facilities available on requst include: Cot and High Chair.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation, size and layout superb and attention to detail is excellent. The atmosphere is very friendly and it provides a fantastically relaxing environment to totally switch off!
