VIEWS Excellent views from the front of the property (living room and bedrooms) as well as rooftop terrace. Property looks out over rooftops and directly onto the River Dart and across to Kingswear.

ENTRANCE Stairs lead up from the front door onto the main landing where doors lead to kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom. Further stairs lead to a landing with seating and iPod docking station. This area leads onto the roof terrace and a second bedroom.

KITCHEN Well appointed with fitted units and worktops, electric oven with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A wooden dining table and chairs are provided, which can be used on the spacious landing.

LIVING ROOM Comfortable room with feature fireplace containing coal effect gas fire and furniture including comfortable sofas and chair, TV and DVD player. Fantastic views over river.

BEDROOMS Two: A double room situated off the main landing has great views over the river and has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. A further 'under eaves' bedroom is reached via the stairs leading up from main landing. This has a wonderful panoramic view and includes twin single beds and wardrobe. N. B. Linen and towels are provided.

BATHROOM Off the main landing, the bathroom suite comprises corner bath with 'power' shower over, washbasin and w.c.

OUTSIDE A rooftop terrace provides magnificent panoramic views over the River Dart and out to sea, and is furnished with garden table and chairs.

PARKING *A parking pass for the long stay car park(May to October)

OTHER INFORMATION The house has full gas central heating .Children are welcome, but smoking and pets are not permitted.
