The Coach House, Buckland Park

The Coach House is a converted traditional stone building in a tranquil rural setting with accommodation extending over two floors. The upper rooms have retained much of their original character with wooden floor boards, sloping ceilings and exposed timber.

LOCATION Buckland Park is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty in two and a half acres of lightly wooded grounds just over 1 mile from the old smuggling village of Bantham with its pub,  fine sandy beach and coastal walks. The site is a haven for birds and other wildlife and offers a peaceful location ideal for families or perhaps couples looking to explore the beautiful South Hams coastline and countryside.

ENTRANCE From French doors into an open plan..

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM with electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Pine dining table and chairs.

SITTING ROOM Large comfortable room with wood burning stove, two leather sofas, Flat Screen TV with Freesat, video and DVD player with radio, and door out to the garden.

BEDROOMS Two, both on first floor. Master double bedroom with 4'6"" pine bed and wardrobe, and twin room with 3' single beds (plus 'z-bed' for a 3rd child by arrangement). N.B. Duvets and pillows supplied - tenants will need to bring own linen and towels.

BATHROOM Family bathroom with bath and (new shower over), wash-hand basin and w.c.

OUTSIDE The property has an open garden plus use of the communal areas. Table, chairs, barbeque and tumble dryer available for use.

PARKING For a maximum of two cars.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Baby Friendly Facilities available on request include: travel cot and booster style highchair, childrens' games, videos and books.

OTHER INFORMATION Electric heating and hot water by immersion. Strictly non smoking. One well-behaved dog by arrangement.
