LOUNGE/DINING ROOM With comfortable sofa bed and armchairs, occasional tables and lamps, dining table and chairs, TV with freeview and a DVD player. A bay window with window seat provides a view of the river.

KITCHEN This room is off the main lounge/dining room - well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

BEDROOMS Two: The main bedroom is spacious with a double bed, large wardrobe, two chests of drawers, lamps and clock radio. The second bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. N.B. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.

BATHROOM Comprises bath with electric shower over, washbasin and w.c.
