ACCOMMODATION This stylish split level apartment is one of six in Hillfield Country House. All of the apartments are furnished to the very highest standards with sumptuous leather settees, rustic pine furniture, hand crafted kitchens, fully tiled bathrooms, underfloor heating, Amtico flooring and large, flat screen TV's and DVD with cinema surround sound. All guests have the use of the extensive South facing terrace with a number of tables and benches to enjoy a quiet drink or alfresco meal whilst taking in the magnificent views.

Courtyard Apartment has the advantage of French windows leading directly out to the main courtyard. A further private outside patio can be accessed from the French windows in the dining room/conservatory.

LOUNGE A superb spacious lounge with a comfortable sitting area to relax or watch TV.

KITCHEN Bespoke hand made pine kitchen with ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer dryer and microwave. Opens out into a beautiful and elegant

CONSERVATORY/DINING AREA with leather covered dining chairs and pine dining table. The private outside patio can be accessed from French windows.

BEDROOMS There are three bedrooms; a master bedroom has twin carved single beds and en suite shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point, heated mirror and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double pine bed, and a glazed door to the outside. The third children's bedroom has a fold out double bed with bunk bed above, and TV/CD (which also serves the bathroom and kitchen/conservatory). Baby Friendly Accommodation, suitable for 4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant in a travel cot.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite bathroom is a beautifully crafted family bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point, heated mirror and heated towel rail. A stereo sound system from the bedroom allows you to play your favourite radio programme or CD in the bathroom.

OTHER INFORMATION All beds have high quality memory foam mattresses and all bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided. In addition, each apartment has parking for 1 to 2 cars.
