LIVING ROOM An impressive living room has a comfortable sitting area to relax or to watch TV /DVD (digital with cinema surround sound).

KITCHEN/UTILITY/DINING AREA The bespoke handmade pine kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

A UTILITY ROOM has a washing machine and tumble dryer plus a fridge & freezer. The dining area - with comfortable leather covered dining chairs for ten around a substantial pine dining table has a cathedral ceiling and views to the gallery above.

BEDROOMS There are five bedrooms, three on the ground floor and two on the 1st floor; the master bedroom has a king-size carved bed, a Southerly aspect through a corner window, flat screen TV and along with the family bathroom is served by a stereo CD and radio. Beautiful, en suite shower room has a shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double pine bed, flat screened TV and en suite shower room with shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The third bedroom has twin carved single beds. The fourth bedroom (on 1st floor) has twin pine single beds and en suite shower room with shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The fifth bedroom (on 1st floor) has twin pine single beds and ensuite shower room with shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. OUTSIDE Court Lodge is a delightful luxury property that overlooks the tennis court and enjoys a peaceful location adjacent to the Court Cottages. An extensive decked area overlooking the Tennis Court is ideal for a leisurely breakfast or alfresco meal. There is also a small private South East facing deck area. A large hot tub will accommodate four to eight adults.
