LOCATION The house is approximately 6-8 minutes walk from centre of Dartmouth, set up and back approximately 30m from Above Town, the narrow road that runs in parallel to the river.  The Coast Path is 10 minutes away or you can enjoy a quick stroll to Warfleet Creek.  The Start Bay coastline can also be reached quickly and easily by car with  Blackpool Sands beach just 4 miles away.

VIEWS Good views over neighbouring rooftops across the River Dart to Kingswear and beyond from the lounge and garden (at rear).

ENTRANCE A flight of steps leads up from Above Town to a row of terraced cottages.  The front door to Dart Views leads into a hallway off which are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and stairs to the living accommodation on the first floor.

BEDROOMS Two, both on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and chair. The second bedroom is a twin with 2'6" single beds (these can be zipped and linked to create a King size bed on request). Cot available. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Including two stairgates, travel cot, highchair, baby cutlery set and toddler cuttlery set (cot linen not supplied).

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS The family bathroom on the ground floor has a bath, shower (over), w.c. and wash hand basin. This room also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The shower room (adjacent to master bedroom) has a fully-tiled shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c.

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM On the first floor is a bright and sunny room with large picture window to take in the views and double doors out to decking at the rear. The kitchen has free-standing modern units with beech and stainless steel work surfaces, four-ring gas hob, electric oven, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and two mobile 'butchers' blocks. The lounge area has a double sofa, two leather chairs, colour TV, DVD player and CD player with iPOD docking unit. Dining table and 'Director style' canvas chairs. 

OUTSIDE  Immediately outside the kitchen door is an enclosed private patio with table, chairs and night lighting.  At the very top of the garden there is a modern deck with table, four chairs and two sun loungers and maginificent views across the River Dart and out to sea. The garden at Dart Views has been designed and landscaped by Artscape Design & Build, and has been named a winner at the Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) Awards 2013.

PARKING* A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park (approximately 10-12 minutes walk) from 29 March 2013 for 6 months. A small number of street parking places are sometimes available 20 metres from the house on a first come first served basis.
