This detached bungalow is idyllically positioned just above North Hallsands beach and benefits from spectacular views, directly over the sea at Start Bay and the countryside. The well maintained, pet friendly accommodation is simply furnished with manicured lawn and gardens to the front and rear, and has offroad parking for two cars. The market town of Kingsbridge is a pleasant 15-20 minutes drive away, whilst the naval port of Dartmouth is 10 miles along the coast.
LOCATION The property is situated just above the beach, about 150 yards from the waters edge at North Hallsands.

KITCHEN Sink unit, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.
BEDROOMS One with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, handbasin; one with two single beds, wardrobe and handbasin; one with double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. N.B. Duvets, pillows and linen provided. Tenants require towels and tea towels.
OUTSIDE Front and rear gardens, mainly laid to lawn, outdoor furniture and clothes line.
PARKING For two cars.
OTHER INFORMATION Carpeted throughout. Hot water by electric immersion heater. Heating by Economy 7, with oil fired radiators in the bedrooms. One well-behaved dog only.
