OUTSIDE Superb balcony at the front of the property - with table and four chairs - to take in the wonderful views over Dartmouth. To the rear is a lovely garden with lawned area, mature shrubs, potted plants and rotary dryer.

PARKING Good-sized drive suitable for two cars.

OTHER INFORMATION Fairview has gas central heating and hot water. Smokers and pets are not permitted.
