The second bedroom is a spacious room with two single beds, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside chests, dressing table, lamps and en suite bathroom comprising shower cubicle with thermostatic power shower, washbasin and w.c.. Linen and towels provided.

OUTSIDE There is a small sheltered courtyard accessed via double glass doors from the kitchen and a decked balcony through patio doors in the living room, each with patio furniture.

PARKING Restricted parking is available on-road near to property (unrestricted October/April inc). *A parking pass is available for the main Mayors Avenue car park.
