Ferry View is a luxury character apartment in a building dating from the 16th century.  It is located just a few steps from the historic Bayards Cove and only a few minutes walk from the famous Dartmouth waterfront with its many shops, pubs and restaurants.  Patio doors from the living room lead to the balcony with stunning river views over the Lower Ferry towards Kingswear. 

LOCATION A quiet location near to the river's edge and Bayards Cove (off South Town), approximately five minutes walk from town centre.

VIEWS Excellent views directly over the Lower Ferry area of the river, across to Kingswear and out to sea.

ENTRANCE Access to property is via a flight of approximately 30 stone steps. A pathway then leads to the entrance porch with door to small hallway.

LIVING/DINING ROOM A spacious room with wide patio doors leading to a decked balcony with stunning river views. This room has a large comfortable sofa and chairs, widescreen TV with Sky Free Sat and DVD player, together with dining table and chairs.

KITCHEN A modern and excellently equipped kitchen with all Bosch appliances, electric hob with extractor over, double oven, dishwasher, freestanding fridge and separate freezer and microwave oven.

PARKING Restricted parking is available on-road near to property (unrestricted October/April inclusive). *A parking pass is available for the main Mayors Avenue car park.
