It is located just a few steps from the historic Bayards Cove and only a few minutes walk from the famous Dartmouth waterfront with its many shops, pubs and restaurants. Patio doors from the living room lead to the balcony with stunning river views over the Lower Ferry towards Kingswear. Restricted parking is available on the road (unrestricted October/April inc) a parking permit is also provided for the long stay car park at nearby Mayors Avenue. LOCATION A quiet location near to the river's edge and Bayards Cove (off South Town), approximately five minutes walk from town centre.

VIEWS Excellent views directly over the Lower Ferry area of the river, across to Kingswear and out to sea.
