Gamekeepers Cottage, Hillfield (Ground & 1st Floors)
ACCOMMODATION This superb two-storey cottage has access from the courtyard garden and has cafe style table and chairs near to the front door.
Gamekeepers is one of three exceptional cottages that form part of the most recently completed new barn development. All have been furnished to the very highest standards with sumptuous settees, rustic pine furniture, hand crafted kitchens, fully tiled bathrooms, under-floor heating, Karndean tile flooring and flat screen TV's and DVD with cinema surround sound. All guests have the use of the extensive South facing terrace with a number of tables and benches to enjoy a quiet drink or alfresco meal whilst taking in the magnificent views.
LOUNGE A magnificent first floor lounge has a cathedral ceiling and a large church style window to appreciate the north facing views. An impressive living area features a comfortable sitting area to relax or watch TV.
KITCHEN Bespoke hand made pine kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Leather covered dining chairs and pine dining table.
BEDROOMS There are two east facing bedrooms, both on the ground floor; the master bedroom has a king-size carved bed, flat screen TV and, along with the family bathroom, is served by a radio and stereo CD. A beautiful en suite shower room has a magnificent shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The second ground floor bedroom has twin carved single beds. Baby Friendly Accommodation, suitable for 4 adults/children in beds or 2 adults, 1 infant in a travel cot in twin bedroom only.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite shower room there is a lovely family bathroom with whirlpool bath and telephone-style shower, shaver socket, heated mirror and heated towel rail.
Baby Friendly Facilities available on request include: Cot and Highchair.
OTHER INFORMATION All beds have high quality memory foam mattresses and all bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided. In addition, each cottage has parking for 1 to 2 cars.
