On the second floor a double bedroom with wardrobe with drawers and EN SUITE shower room with corner shower cubicle and electric shower, wash hand basin and w.c. Master bedroom with wrought iron King-size four poster bed, wardrobe with drawers and original feature fireplace. EN SUITE shower room with corner shower cubicle and electric shower, wash hand basin and w.c. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen, towels and tea-towels are provided.

BATHROOMS Three in total. In addition to the two En suite shower rooms, the family bathroom on the first floor has a bath, wash hand-basin and w.c.

UTILITY ROOM Located off the side of the conservatory housing a washer/dryer and freezer.

CONSERVATORY To the rear of the property is a conservatory that makes an ideal games room for children. 'Sofa' bean bag, two armchairs and flat screen television, DVD player, X-Box and games, CD radio (will connect to MP3 player), selection of books, board games and DVD and CD collection. Double doors leading to outside courtyard.

OUTSIDE Small courtyard area to the rear of the property with table and chairs, barbeque and chimnea.
