Greystone

Greystone is a spacious detached house with fabulous views, presented to a very good standard throughout. The accommodation is all on one level (above the double garage and driveway) and is very well set up for larger family groups or couples looking for a comfortable retreat in a beautiful location.

LOCATION The house overlooks the village of Inner Hope Cove, within just a few minutes downhill walk to its fine sandy beaches, two hotels, pub, shop and cafes.  There is also quick and easy access to the South West Coast Path providing beautiful walks to Salcombe, Thurlestone and other coastal villages. Golf nearby at Thurlestone and at Bigbury.

VIEWS Superb views out to sea and across Hope Cove towards Bolt Tail from the balcony and front elevation of the property.

ENTRANCE The entrance leads into an inner lobby with a further door to the main hallway and access to all rooms.

SITTING ROOM A very spacious, light and sunny sitting room with lovely views.  Two double leather sofas, Ottoman armchair and stool, flatscreen digital television with DVD blu-ray player and iPod dock, wood-burning stove and French doors out to the balcony.  The room opens out into a dining area to the rear of the house, and then through to the kitchen.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Large open-plan and modern fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, walk-in larder and breakfast bar. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels).

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the three en suites (above) is a family bathroom (adjacent to the fourth bedroom) with bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. There is also a separate cloakroom with wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE To the front and side of the house is a superb decked balcony with stunning views and a large wooden table and eight chairs. Gas fired barbeque with gas bottle and weather cover to the rear of the house. Barbeque tools in Utility Room. There are mature areas of garden to the front and side of the property with a good sized lawn to the rear (N.B. As the lawn falls away towards the house young children must be supervised at all times).

PARKING Ample parking for 2-3 cars and/or a small boat & trailer on the driveway in front of, and beneath and to the side of the house.
