Harbour Lights is a tastefully decorated, spacious apartment with stunning views of the River Dart and Boat Float. Loacted in the heart of Dartmouth, it is an ideal base from which to explore the South Hams.

LOCATION On the third floor of an 18th Century building right in the heart of Dartmouth overlooking the Boat Float (Inner Harbour) and across the busy River Dart to Kingswear. A spectacular spot from which to watch the comings and goings on the river.

ENTRANCE/HALLWAY Via stairs from the rear of the building near St Saviour's Church. The third floor entrance door leads to a long hallway with airing cupboard; other storage cupboards, one containing washing machine and tumble dryer.

LIVING ROOM Stunning river views; very tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas (one of which converts to a double bed),  TV, selection of books and games; feature fireplace.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Well equipped with pine dining table and bench seats  -  placed by the window to take advantage of the views - dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, worktops and cupboards.

BEDROOMS Two: The main bedroom is light and airy with large bay window overlooking St Saviour's Church to the hills beyond. Pretty, colour co-ordinated Laura Ashley furnishings and pine furniture, feature Victorian fireplace and television. Doorway to dressing room with wardrobe and dressing table. This area could also take a cot (available at the property) for a small child if desired. The second bedroom is a very pretty twin bedded room, matching floral fabrics, pine furniture. N.B. Linen and towels provided.

BATHROOM Located next door to Bedroom 1 with champagne coloured suite of w.c., bidet, bath and wash basin.

SHOWER ROOM Located to next to Bedroom 2, with w.c., washbasin, tiled shower cubicle with electric power shower.

PARKING *A seasonal parking pass is providied for the long stay car park (2 minutes walk away).

OTHER INFORMATION Pets are not permitted and the property is strictly no smoking. There is electric heating and an immersion heater for hot water.
