ENTRANCE From the rear parking area five steps lead up to the entrance and into a small lobby, and then through to the hallway.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A well presented open-plan living room with lovely views. The kitchen is well equipped with a good range of 'Shaker' style units, four ring electric hob and oven, fridge (with freezer compartment), washer/dryer, microwave and CD/radio. The sitting area features a double leather sofa, two armchairs and TV/DVD player. Folding dining table with four chairs.
STUDY Also on the ground floor is a small study area with space for a travel cot (not supplied) if required.
BEDROOMS Two. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed, drawers, bedside unit and fitted wardrobes with shelving. On the first floor is a twin room with two single beds, built-in cupboard and small wardrobe with shelving (as this room is built into the roof space the height is restricted on one side). N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen are supplied - tenants require towels and tea towels.
SHOWER ROOMS Two, each adjacent to the bedrooms (above). The fully tiled ground floor shower room has an electric shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light. On the first floor (again, built into the roof space) is a small shower room with large shower cubicle, electric shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Good sized balcony with lovely views across neighbouring farmland and also out to sea. To the front of the building is an area of garden shared with the other properties.
PARKING There is allocated space for one car in the parking bay on Grand View Road. Additional parking usually available in the village nearby.
