On the first floor is a second double room with 5' wooden framed bed, bedside tables and chest of draws with Jack and Jill style en suite with bath with shower over, sink and w.c and heated towel rail. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with two 3' beds with bedside tables, chest of draws, dressing table with stool and mirror, en suite shower room with shower cubicle, sink and w.c Stairs lead to the second floor has an Ensuite Master bedroom  with a 6' bed (zip and link) with bedside tables, chest of draws and wardrobe. Doors lead out to a small balcony with stunning views out to the harbour entrance across the small hallway there is a large en suite bathroom with bath with shower over, sink unit, w.c and heated towel rail.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite bathrooms there is a shower room on the ground floor with shower cubicle, sink and w.c

OUTSIDE To the front of the property there is paved terrace area to enjoy those lovely sea views. There is a tiered grassed area of lawn with flower beds and shrubs with a path leading down to the main road. To the rear of the property there is a small grass area and steps leading up to the parking area.

PARKING There is parking to the rear of the property for up to three cars and one bay at the front of the house for one small car.

Wonderful house - we really enjoyed the view at meal times.  Weather was intermittent however, we still made the best of it.
