Hideaway is a stylishly presented, contemporary cottage on three levels, completely refurbished in recent years.  The property offers a high standard of accommodation for one/two couples or a family, and enjoys the benefit of a secluded outdoor decked area.

LOCATION The cottage is located in the centre of Dartmouth in quiet Lake Street (just off Victoria Road).  The town's famous waterfront can be easily reached in just a few minutes for a wide selection of pubs, restaurants and shops or for boat trips, crabbing or simply to watch the world go by.

ENTRANCE  The cottage is accessed directly from Lake Street via three or four steps into the lobby area with a storage cupboard with freezer and hanging space for coats etc. There is a clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

BEDROOMS On the ground floor is a double bedroom with two single beds, which can be arranged as a super-King size (6' bed) on request - with modern wood flooring, large drawers and modern hanging space. TV,DVD player and hairdryer. On the second floor is a second double bedroom built into the roof space with a large velux window, exposed beams and wood flooring.  King-size bed, large drawers and hanging space, TV, DVD player and hairdryer. There is a light en-suite shower room with velux window, shower, w.c., and wash hand basin and ample storage shelves.  N.B. All duvets, linen, bath mats, towels and tea towels are provided - tenants will require beach towels only. *Excluding short breaks (can be hired at a cost).

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Include travel cot, bed guard, baby bath, baby mat, booster seat, potty, step and toilet seat.

LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A beautifully presented 'funky' room with modern wood flooring, two double leather sofas and folding dining table with four chairs.  Modern flatscreen TV and DVD player with Sky satellite and wireless broadband for internet access.  The galley kitchen has a range of modern units and storage, four ring gas hob, electric oven, slimline dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, toaster and fresh coffee maker.  Door out to a sunny decked area.

BATHROOM In addition to the En suite upstairs is a stylish black and white tiled bathroom on the ground floor with corner bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE At first floor level is a secluded decked area, catching the sun throughout the day with a bistro table and four chairs.  Outdoor light and fairy lights making it a perfect place for an evening drink or morning coffee, listening to the church bells in the background.

PARKING A seasonal parking pass for Mayors Avenue car park just a short walk away, is provided (approximately 2  minute's walk) from April for 6 months. There is space outside the property for loading/unloading.

DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. . OTHER INFORMATION Thermostatically controlled gas-fired central heating and unlimited hot water.  No pets are accepted and the property is strictly non-smoking. Christmas decorations provided during the festive season.
