KITCHEN A beautifully presented galley kitchen with a range of wall and floor units, beech work top, ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and dryer (in lobby).
BEDROOMS Three in total (all on the 1st floor). Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit and doors to balcony with lovely sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds, and chest of drawers. Bedroom three is a small bunk room with Two beds. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels.

BATHROOMS On the ground floor (adjacent to the entrance lobby and kitchen) is family bathroom with bath, shower (over), bidet, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and w.c. On the first floor is a shower room with shower cubicle wash hand basin, heated towel rail and w.c.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the house is a very pleasant terraced area with table and chairs. Barbeque available.
PARKING Off road parking for one car.
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly wood-strip and flagstone flooring. All heating is via electric storage units supplemented by an open fire in the sitting room (coal and/or small logs only - not supplied.) Strictly no smokers. One well-behaved pet by arrangement. Broadband internet is available.
