St. Elmo Court occupies a secluded and private setting within subtropical garden just above North Sands Beach. The town centre with its wide array of boutiques, pubs, restaurants and stunning waterfront are within a pleasant 15/20 minute walk. There are superb views over the North Sands valley, its sandy cove and the mouth of the Salcombe estuary. The apartments are all furnished and equipped to high standard with balconies to take in the stunning views. All have gas fired central heating and hot water, and parking for up to two cars.

 St Elmo residents enjoy exclusive use of a superb, private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early-May to late-September each year (please check with office for confirmed dates).

ACCOMMODATION A luxurious first floor apartment furnished and equipped to a very high standard to provide excellent family accommodation .

BEDROOMS Three: Master bedroom with 5' double bed and sofa bed, built-in wardrobes and dressing table. En suite bathroom with bath, shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail and shaver point. Second large bedroom with twin 3' beds, built in wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinet. Third bedroom off the dining area with 3' single bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. N.B All duvets, pillows and bed linen and towels provided.

SHOWER ROOM Adjacent to the second bedroom with walk in shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, w.c., airing cupboard, shaver point and light.

PARKING  for up to two cars.
